Managing Team: Webscalers was registered under the legal stipulations of the state of Louisiana. Dr. Clement Yu is the CEO; Dr. Weiyi Meng is the president; and Drs. Vijay Raghavan and Dr. Zonghuan Wu are Vice Presidents for Business Development and Product Development, respectively. They are the founding members of the partnership. In 2004, Mr. Rajib Akhter joined the management team as the Executive Vice President. Mr. Christopher Skinner became the Marketing Director in 2007.
